Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FacadeMatrix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

FacadeMatrix provides web-based preliminary engineering calculators and reporting tools for façade and fenestration professionals. All outputs are preliminary and require independent engineer verification.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable building codes or regulations.
• You acknowledge that all outputs are preliminary and must be verified by a qualified engineer before use.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, engineering logic, reports, and documentation, is the intellectual property of FacadeMatrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacadeMatrix and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to engineering decisions made based on Platform outputs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. FacadeMatrix does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its outputs are accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
